1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN

The type of services provided by Menkes consists of a provision of services that allows users to purchase standard products and/or customized products for sale on this platform.

Therefore, we inform you that, as a buyer user, you will have the right to withdraw in accordance with the provisions of article 103 of the Consumer and User Law, except in the following cases: (1) the service object of the transaction has already been initiated; (2) the service has been executed; or (3) the product is personalized and/or made to measure.

1.1 Purchase of standard products

The user has the right to withdraw when it comes to STANDARD PRODUCTS, so you can contact Menkes via email menkes@menkes.es and withdraw from the purchase within a period not exceeding 14 working days, counted from the receipt of the product. The return must be made following the instructions provided by Menkes.

  • Return cost: The direct cost of return is borne by the customer, except in the case of a defective product or shipping error.
  • Return period: The user must return the standard product within a maximum period of 7 working days as long as Menkes tells you how to return it.
  • Refund term: Menkes will refund the amount of the returned product within a maximum period of 15 working days from receipt thereof, using the same payment method used in the purchase.
  • Product conditions: The returned product must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use, and in its original packaging.
  • Return method: Returns must be made by mail.
  • Return label: The cost and management of the return label are the responsibility of the customer.

IMPORTANT: For hygiene reasons, the following products CANNOT BE RETURNED for refunds or exchanges: stockings, underwear, masks, makeup, wigs, hairpieces, face shields, masks and high-performance products of the SASAKI brand.

1.2 Purchase of personalized products

The CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS are subject to specific conditions:

  • No right of withdrawal: Since these are custom-made products, the right to withdrawal will not apply, unless the product received does not correspond to the order.
  • Return procedure for incorrectly customized products: If the product does not correspond to what was requested, the user must contact Menkes by email menkes@menkes.es, attaching images and details to support your claim. After verifying the situation, Menkes will provide return instructions.
  • Product conditions: Color variations due to differences between digital images and actual products are not the responsibility of Menkes. We recommend checking the color before purchasing.

2 HOME DELIVERY SERVICE

2.1 Territorial scope

  • We ship to both the European Union as international.
  • Shipping Rate for USA: Shipments to the United States have a fixed rate of 49 € and an estimated delivery time of between 7 and 14 business days.

2.2 Delivery times

  • Standard products: The delivery time for standard products is approximately 7 working days from the order confirmation.
  • Customized products: Custom-made products are delivered within a period of 45 working days from the order confirmation.

2.3 Shipping costs

  • Free shipping: For orders over 60 €, shipping will be free within the peninsula.
  • Shipping prices do not include possible taxes or tariffs at the destination (such as the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or other countries), which must be paid by the customer at the time of delivery.

2.4 Logistics operators

  • The delivery service is carried out in collaboration with recognized logistics operators.
  • Restrictions: We do not ship to PO boxes, hotels or non-permanent addresses.

2.5 General shipping conditions

  • Menkes makes every effort to ensure that the order leaves the warehouse in its entirety. However, we cannot guarantee that all PRODUCTS are in stock at all times. Furthermore, as we cannot update our online stock outside of office hours, there may be a slight variation in the stock figures on the website compared to those available in the warehouse. 
  • In the event that an order is not complete, Menkes reserves the right, in some cases and at its discretion, to make two shipments.
  • If reshipment is required for reasons beyond Menkes' control, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs.
